• Air Cooling: A design leveraging traditional air cooling methods with a 1.5 MW capacity, ideal for energy efficiency and simplicity.
• Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling: This example provides high-performance thermal management, featuring 3.6 MW of cooling for the most demanding applications.
• Immersion Cooling System: A cutting-edge design that offers unparalleled heat dissipation and energy savings with a 1 MW total capacity across multiple systems.
